I’m This is the current map of TN Counties & Cities (as of 6/22/2020 7:20 P.M.) that have either adopted a 2A Resolution, a Resolution movement is currently underway, has denied a Resolution or no Resolution movement is in progress to our knowledge.

If you have any information on 2A Resolution activity is your County or City, please let us know by completing our contact form and providing us as much information as you have. If you would like to be a volunteer in the movement, fill out our volunteer form and we will forward your information to your county leader.

  • Greene County – passed a resolution on 6/15/2019 (This Resolution simply verbalized support of the 2A. Did NOT state they would not enforce illegal laws that VIOLATED the 2A).
  • Washington County-passed 1/27/2020. It did not include the word “Sanctuary.”
  • McMinn County-passed 2/18/2020 Removed the word Sanctuary. Did not state they would not enforce unconstitutional laws.
  • Perry County-passed 3/16/2020-passed a Safe Haven Resolution

Counties That Passed Older Second Amendment Preservation Ordinances:
